The Glen Waverley store ( and no doubt other 'Frame Now' shops ) to be thoroughly recommended for professional staff knowledge experience and aptitude with excellent framing and masking (wooden and other) materials and styles on offers to the purchaser and store viewer. The store was of excellent presentation of examples frames and materials and a feature wall of fully framed various examples for purchaser's to view and the shop was correctly and practically set out to view and select from. She was a pleasure to deal and focussed to listen and provide all answers as needed and l could see as l listened, she had a thorough working knowledge of correct framing procedures and exact materials to use. on special to (discounted at 20 percent this offer !) ready to insert my complied artwork.Amanda was spot on and precise with her knowledge and advice on what l needed to frame one of my purchase's. to do my framing.there it was the correct frame and lovely dark brown timber surround. My order was very well parcelled together and then l wished to buy a frame - for one of my orders. Great service by Amanda at the Glen Waverley store yesterday, Mon.6th July. Frames now worth every cent and as I make more puzzles I will be buying more frames. They are alot nicer than many of the sort of frames you see in officeworks or kmart etc on the cheap cheap side. Defo consider these guys for your framing needs. The frames themselves are made with excellent quality this time I got the natural timber look and its beautiful timber. I can't thank the team enough for helping me. I now have a replacement upgraded glazed acrylic coming my way. So in talking with awesome team that are very prompt to answer emails even with all the extra business. DOH! I couldn't get it back into the frame as it was a bit tighter than the last times I had done.
Upon putting in my latest puzzle that I have done a thousand times the glass broke. My latest ones took a little bit longer due to the Christmas rush but they were still created with high quality.
